Fairfield Hair Transplant

Fairfield is the county seat of Solano County, located in the North Bay sub-region of the San Francisco Bay Area. It is almost precisely half-way between San Francisco and Sacramento. Most people know Fairfield as the headquarters of the ever-popular Jelly Belly gourmet jelly bean company. Now Jelly Belly has been around for a long time—since 1898, to be exact. But the area’s history of human habitation goes back much further still. Some artifacts found in Fairfield have been dated at 5 to 6 thousand years old. Most of these artifacts come from the Ione band of Miwok Indians, who occupied central California for thousands of years prior to Spanish and European settlement.

Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration makes no claims of being in the Golden State for that long. Our first office opened in 2008 with the goal of putting a stop to thinning hair derived from almost any condition. As for objectives, we’ve been highly successful with giving patients a full head of their own growing, natural hair within just one year after surgery. All of our doctors are board-certified to perform both follicular unit transplantation and follicular unit extraction.

Top Things To Do In Fairfield

Fairfield’s location in the heart of so much activity makes it a great place to live. But what about visiting? When you come to Fairfield, what is going to keep you busy? Allow us to provide some answers to that question.

Your first stop is almost guaranteed to be the Jelly Belly factory. These guys have been making their famous gourmet candy for 120 years. One cannot really visit Fairfield and not hear about Jelly Belly. Their factory offers free tours all year round—and yes, free samples of their rather unique jelly beans. Our favorite happens to be cherry, but the choices sure do not stop there. Try the wasabi beans—if you dare. Or the barbecue banana, or the green tea.

The Bay Area Ridge Trail winds all the way around San Francisco Bay. Part of it runs through Solano County. On your hike you will see beautiful old trees, abundant wildlife, and depending on the weather conditions, some rather spooky fog settling over the hills. It is all very picturesque and quite relaxing to experience.

For a little shopping, downtown Fairfield features a weekly farmer’s market where locals sell produce and handmade crafts. You will also find shops that sell premium label merchandise, along with a number of charming antique galleries.

Your Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration Experience

Our patients typically start things off by scheduling a consultation. Here we will have a chat, exchanging questions and answers about the client’s thinning hair. He or she will also undergo a microscopic scalp exam to help us glean even more information for what we are up against. Some of our Fairfield hair transplant patients have told us that they seem to be losing their hair very quickly, whereas for others, it is a more gradual process. Neither of these conditions are new to us. Hair loss, also known as alopecia, comes in many forms (sort of like the flavors for those Jelly Belly beans that we really hope you Fairfield residents deign to bring us some day).

Actual hair transplant surgery takes about 7 hours, during which time patients are kept comfortable by means of a local anesthesia. After about 3 months they start to notice new hair growth in the recipient area. And in most cases the growth is complete after just 12 to 14 months.

At Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration we can help you or someone you know grow back thick, healthy, natural hair. To get started on your journey, call our San Francisco office at (415) 997-6126.
